Long Radius uPVC Power Bends


Our bends are made from single lengths of duct rather than multiple smaller bends coupled together, the chances of cables snagging during the pulling process are greatly reduced - a major advantage for your cable pullers.

Spacers for Ducting


We supply plastic spacers to secure cable ducting before concreting or other in-filling of the trench takes place.

Spacers are made from polyethylene or pvc foam sheet and can be manufactured to any required configuration and to accept any size/(s) of ducting.

We work with engineers and site plans to design a spacer to meet your exact specifications.

Slip Couplers


Our slip couplers are made to measure and designed to fit snugly over all sizes of power ducting, in order to provide a robust yet easy to install join.

Split Power Ducting

Split Power Ducting

We offer a range of split ducting from 54mm communications duct through to 200mm Class 1 & 2 power ducts.  Our solution is ideal for repairing or replacing ducting during construction.  Our ducting retains its circular profile after splitting (ducting has a natural tendency to turn in on itself, creating an oval profile, if not processed correctly).

The two halves are joined back together with the use of durable PVC H-Strip on one half, with the other dropping in to place and being secured using cable ties (supplied separately). Ducting is available as standard in 3 metre lengths, but can be supplied in up to 6 metre lengths if required.

Split Power Duct Bends

A new innovation from J F Plastics, we can now produce split in half power duct bends.

As with our straight split ducting, bends are produced with PVC H-strip on one half, ready to easily accept the top half which is then cable-tied to secure the two pieces together.

We can produce split duct bends to the same angles and pipe sizes as our regular uPVC duct bends.

Double Swept Tee Junctions


An innovative solution, our double swept tee junctions were originally designed for the London Cycle Scheme, but are now also popular with power distribution companies.

The smooth sweeping curve on the branches allows onward cable to fed back to the main line with ease.

We can fabricate junctions in various duct diameters (up to 200mm power duct), with equal and unequal branch configurations or as a pure daisy-chain i.e. no straight body.

End Caps and Plugs


We can supply temporary or more permanent welded Polyethylene end caps and plugs to fit over the ends of ducting to stop debris getting inside before cables are pulled.
